The Portal Maklumat Setempat Pendidikan Khas (PMSPK) or more commonly known as the iSayang Portal provides various information relating to Persons with Disabilities, provided by Ministries and Agencies comprising health, education, career and support services from infant to adult. All the information is coordinated by the Ministry of Education that functions as the lead agency and involves cooperation between six (6) other Ministries.
